This card only has one piece of stamping and that is the sentiment. I have made a flower from very thin pages from an old paperback and crepe paper. I cut out numerous petals with the Peony Nestie on my cuttlebug, and sprayed them with varting shades of pink and purple Glimmer Mist. I assembled them pushed a hold through the middle with my Tim Holtz poky thingy and put a brad through, and then just scrunched them up to give a bit of texture. I have also added some Rhinestone Stickles to give a bit more bling.
The papers which are definitely some of my favourites are from the 29th Market Street range, which I got from the Stamp Attic, and I will be stocking up on some more shortly. I love the slightly grungy finish on them, and they are in a brilliant range of colours. The ribbon is from Stampin'Up, and the sentiment is a Hobby Art one I have had for a while.
I am also entering this card for the following challenge:

Thanks for stopping by. I really appreciate your comments.
Gorgeous flower, Val - lovely card! That sketch really does lend itself well to this design where the image is the sentiment and the paper is the image and the embellishment is the feature. Fab! Oh - and thank you so much for my award. I'm chuffed! Warmest wishes, Lesley
