DT Card - One Stop Craft Challenge #83

Paris in the spring can be lovely - cherry blossoms, spring flowers, and the such like, and the lovely food markets, bistros, and shops galore - yummy.  This is my DT card for the One Stop Craft Challenge, no. 83 , where the challenge is to make our own backgrounds.

My background has been made with watercolour card which I have sprayed with several glimmer mists, and then overstamped using Perfect Medium with a script stamp and the Eiffel Tower, and then brushed mica powder over it,. The leaves on the side panel are done in the same way. The background for the image was done with distress ink, which I then spritz with water to get it a bit blotchy, and then stamped with Versafine, and lightly coloured some areas with distress inks.  The flower is made with several punches from the same papers as used for the card, with a small pearl brad.

The image is Springtime in Paris from Paper Inspirations, and the leaf image is from Hero Arts.

I am entering this for the  Crafty Cardmakers, Least and Most - Most = Pink and varying shades of it;  Least - Gold

Thanks for stopping by. I really appreciate your comments.
