I saw the tutorial for this on Splitcoast Stampers, and adjusted the sizes to fit. I saw something similar to this on the blog of the very talented Bev Rochester, and thought at the time, it was such a lovely idea.
The box is made from Stampin' Up cardstock, and image is from Birdie Love plate from Whiff of Joy, and flowers are from Wild Orchid Crafts. The butterly is from a due by Marianne's Creabilities. Because it is not punched though all the tiny bits of waste have to be removed from the due with a pin, which is really fiddly.
The post looks poo - I could not get everything to line up properly!
Thanks for stopping by. I really appreciate your comments.
This is gorgeous Val. I'm sure your friend will be thrilled with it.

Love the box and notelets Val. The little 'none cards' are so fresh and pretty. I can just imagine how fiddly poking all those little bits out of the butterfly was. I used my Nestie Fleur de Lis die last night and that was bad enough.
ReplyDeleteI bet your friend is going to love this gift.

ReplyDeleteHi Val, I've been away from my blog (and everyone else's blog) for over a month and I'm just catching up with my comments. This is a lovely little box, fab colours and the cards inside are delightful too! Warmest wishes, Lesley
