Lili of the Valley, Challenge 49

I adore the Lili of the Valley images, and no doubt tomorrow at the NEC I shall be filling my bag with the ones I don't already have!

Anyway, for this challenge, which is no 49,  there is a great sketch to follow, and some great samples from the DT.

My image is  Lili of the Valley Thistledown Fairy, and she has been coloured with Copics.  The sentiment is Magnolia, and I have used the lovely new Basic Grey papers Kioshi.  Flowers are from Wild Orchid Crafts, pins from Tabby Crafts, and everything else from stash.

Thanks for stopping by. I really appreciate your comments.

Whiff of Joy Guest Designer Call

This card is for the Whiff of Joy guest designer call which is held every two months on the 16th of the month.  There is a specific recipe for this card -  1 cardstock, 2 design papers, 1 button, 1 ribbon.  I decided that I wanted to do something spring like or summery, hence the use of these lovely papers, which I think Melinda goes with perfectly.

I have used Melinda with Bouquet for my image, coloured with Copics, with a little bit of bling added to her wings with Stickles.  I have added a flower by cutting one from the double-sided background paper which is K & Co Berry Sweet.    The reverse of the floral pattern has glitter added to the images.  Gorgeous lace is from Tabby Crafts and button is from stash.  The punched edge is done using a Martha Stewart Deco punch.

I am also entering this for the following challenges:
